3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before checkout and depend on the destination and order volume.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €50 for mainland Spain.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external transportation service reasons.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the shipping status in real time.


6. Incidents and Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must report it within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt by writing to:

We recommend keeping the original packaging and providing photographs of the incident.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Deliveries

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or failure to collect, re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local duties or taxes, which will be assumed by the customer.

Totes les comandes es processen en un termini d’1 a 3 dies laborables després de la confirmació del pagament.

Les comandes realitzades durant caps de setmana, festius o períodes promocionals poden requerir un temps addicional de preparació.

  • Països de la Unió Europea

Per a enviaments internacionals fora d’aquestes zones, pots contactar amb nosaltres prèviament.


3. Despeses d’enviament

Les despeses d’enviament es calculen automàticament abans de finalitzar la compra i depenen del destí i del volum de la comanda.

Enviament gratuït

Oferim enviament gratuït en comandes superiors a 50 € dins d’Espanya peninsular.

Els terminis de lliurament són orientatius i poden variar per causes externes al servei de transport.

Les comandes enviades fora de la Unió Europea poden estar subjectes a aranzels o impostos locals, que seran assumits pel client.
